Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at sales@clearmask-australia.com.au if you cannot find an answer to your question.

The ClearMask is a disposable mask however it can be used for up to 24hrs of continual use.  Essentially this means that if you use it for a 6 hour shift you can re-use it again until it has been used for 24 hours.  We recommend wiping the inside of the mask with a tissue after each use, however do not use a cleaning agent as this will affect the Anti Fog layer

Of course, we will send orders anywhere, however there will be shipping costs on top

We use FEDEX Express to send all of our domestic orders, we no longer use Australia Post as there were just too many issues with them losing orders.  We also believe that this will take longer to deliver

The ClearMask is listed on the Australian TGA so technically they are a medical grade mask, however most questions we have taken re this query is:

Do these masks compare to a surgical mask or an N95 mask?  The ClearMask is more in line with a surgical mask being a physical barrier to airborne transmissions, where an N95 or KN95 mask is a respirator mask which is breathed through.

The Australian TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) has the ClearMask listed with an ARTG number of 348090

We really cannot come up with any situations where the ClearMask is not appropriate, why would you not want someone to see your face and expressions whenever you wear a mask.
